m444 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "m444" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" refers to the m444 online gaming platform operated under an international online gaming licence and accessible at m444.lat.
• "Player" / "you" / "User" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses any part of the m444 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held with m444, through which the Player accesses all services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in PKR and held in their m444 Account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds awarded by m444 that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Services" refers to all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, and any other gaming or entertainment products accessible through m444.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures that m444 conducts in compliance with its licensing obligations.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which m444 Accounts are denominated.

To register a valid m444 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously had an m444 Account suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an m444 employee, director, or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and will keep that information updated throughout the term of your Account.

m444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any or all of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

Only one Account is permitted per individual Player. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances in those Accounts.

Your m444 Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must:

• Keep your m444 login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Ensure that no person under the age of 21 has access to your Account or is able to use your device to access m444.
• Notify m444 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure your registered mobile number, email address, and payment method details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not transfer, sell, or otherwise convey your Account or any rights therein to any other person.

m444 may suspend your Account without prior notice where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or any other activity that may harm m444, other Players, or third parties. Account suspension or closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund of your Real Money Balance; m444 will evaluate each case in accordance with its obligations under its gaming licence.

m444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on m444:

• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to access, scrape, or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, collusion, or any coordinated scheme designed to exploit odds, bonuses, or technical errors on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any m444 software or application.
• Uploading or transmitting any content that is harmful, defamatory, abusive, offensive, or in violation of applicable law.
• Using m444 for any purpose other than lawful personal gaming entertainment.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical security measures, geographical restrictions, or access controls implemented by m444.

m444 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or close Accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, regardless of whether that conduct directly resulted in a financial gain for the Player.

All bets placed on m444's sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, baseball, UFC, and other markets — are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport or market, which are published within the platform. In addition, the following general betting rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. m444 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• m444 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error occurred, where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where the event was not completed under normal conditions.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during high-risk moments in a match. Bets placed during a market suspension may be voided at m444's discretion.
• For casino and slot games, the applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are published within each game. All games use certified Random Number Generators or licensed live dealers.
• m444 does not accept responsibility for bets placed under system errors caused by Player-side connectivity issues.

m444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise:

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying odds, and bonus expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms published on the m444 platform at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, withdrawn, or used to meet minimum deposit requirements for other bonuses.
• m444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that already-issued bonuses will be honoured subject to their applicable terms.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies, or placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
• m444 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at any time to any Player or group of Players at its sole discretion.

All m444 Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit for each method.
• Deposits are credited to your m444 Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by the platform payment processor. m444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. m444 reserves the right to request identity documentation including CNIC, passport, or proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where practically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• m444 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.
• m444 may conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.
• All transactions are subject to m444's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. m444 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required under its licensing obligations.

m444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players manage their activity. The following tools are available to all registered m444 Players and can be configured from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend on m444.
• Loss Limits: Set thresholds beyond which no further bets or wagers can be placed within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged into m444 for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account from accepting deposits or wagers for a period of your choosing (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from m444 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any m444 content without prior written consent from m444. Unauthorised use of m444's intellectual property may result in legal action.

m444 logos, brand names, and trademarks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without explicit written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m444 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, or business arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond m444's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorised Account access attributable to insufficient credential security on your part.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• The availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party games and services accessible through m444 under third-party provider licences.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

m444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and forms part of the agreement between you and m444. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

m444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, m444 will notify registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or both, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of m444 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of your Real Money Balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

The version date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which m444 holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the m444 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a formal complaint to m444 by email at [email protected]. m444 will acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days and aims to resolve all complaints within 28 business days.
